Jaguars: Stand United

How do you get people excited about an NFL team that isn't scoring a lot of points? After talking with fans and digging into the data, we realized they identified with their stadium location. They even told their section number before their name when meeting another season ticket holder. It was part of their identity with the team. So we celebrated those fans – and their sections – by casting for real fans on the Jaguars social media channels. Then we highlighted their participation in posts and behind the scenes videos. We also expanded the range of the campaign beyond Jacksonville proper to tie the whole region into the Jaguars family. The results: Touchdown.
